You can attend in-person at the Una Vida Meditation & Movement studio in Niwot, Colorado OR on livestream. Training begins at 6:00 pm sharp on Friday evening and ends at 3:00 pm on Sunday. Please plan travel accordingly as needed. DEN is the closest airport. Attendance Threshold Policy: If one of the scheduled training weekends does not meet the minimum required number of attendees, we will consolidate all registered participants into a single training weekend.
