A note from our team…

Lots of people tell us that it’s hard to get to a retreat. Life is busy, they don’t want to ask for coverage, money is tight, they’ll just attend yoga and download the meditation app, etc.

So why should you prioritize yourself and make it happen?

Because you are worth it.

For those who have tried meditation, you know how hard it is to find stillness and a willingness to watch your mind. Our minds are meaning making machines jumping from past to future, to “I gotta…” to random thoughts all day.

What we think about is what takes our attention and, therefore, our energy. Often this translates to us giving away our precious resources to the people and circumstances that matter least.

The more we leak energy from the present moment, the less power we have to create a life we want from clarity, willingness and purpose.  Mindfulness teaches us that our body is in the present moment while our brains live in the past and future.

When you go on retreat with us, we will give you the tools, space, and opportunity to be IN your body, IN the present moment, and IN your experience without interruption which breeds creativity and possibility. This is where you access your capacity to create a life you want to be a part of, rather than living a life you keep trying to survive.

Retreat will give you connection to yourself and others, connection to the amazing present moment where all your possibilities exist, connection to awareness and understanding that you have been seeking while circling your thoughts in your mind.
