Every time people are being brought together there is an opportunity to help one another, to do what they couldn’t do, think up or heal alone. Gatherings crackle and flourish when real thought goes into them. when (often invisible) structure is baked into them. and when the leader has the willingness, curiosity and generosity of spirit to try. ~ Priya Parker
