Meet Natalie Whiteford, EmC I, PhD

I am a mom of 2 teenage boys, a wife, a dog mom, and a psychologist. I'm also an amateur cookie decorator, an overly enthusiastic buyer of books, a fierce friend, and a lover of silence and all things cozy.

I have been a therapist for 20 years. I LOVE humans in all their messy greatness. For years, my clients and I spent a lot of time in our heads, talking about what was going on and what needed to change. I saw a lot of people do a lot of great work. Then, my own experiences as a parent and a human forced me to get out of my head and into my body. I had to learn to trust my instincts and become more authentic and present in all aspects of my life. In turn, my clients and I spent less time in our heads and more time fully present in the room with each other. So much healing can happen in the space between authentic, present, compassionate people, and I am so excited to create that space with all of you!

“You already have everything it takes to be exactly the parent your child needs. You don’t need to change or lose yourself. You need to trust in and listen to yourself”. - Natalie
