Parenting is intense. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and end up out of sync and dissatisfied with yourself, your partner and your children. Our attempts at control block out joy and connection. Together, we will use mindfulness, movement, group work and reflection to drop unhelpful expectations and hold ourselves and each other more gently as we do the messy work of parenting.
